Mcebowethu Consultants (Pty) Ltd is 100% young, black female owned entity. We are a B-BBEE Level 1 multi-faceted private company with vast experience in the built environment field. We pride ourselves in providing highly efficient development services across all of our service offerings. We believe that through education, experience, hard work and skills transfer, all individuals can improve their livelihoods and provide a strong foundation for future generations of young black professionals. Through this, we strive for excellence in our specified areas of expertise. It is also out of this belief that we aim to make Mcebowethu Consulting (Pty) Ltd. a competitive entity in the industry, providing opportunities to young black upcoming professionals to join an industry leading company, making a difference in their communities and country at large.

Mcebowethu Consultants (Pty) Ltd. was founded by Ms. Nosizwe Lerato Kubheka, a Town Planning professional with vast experience in the built environment field. The company emerged as a response to the growing need for telecommunication services and network infrastructure in our country. Furthermore, it was also established to address the land use development requirements, consultancy and services of our ever-developing country. Our team possesses extensive knowledge in urban planning policies and processes from inception to implementation. We have established relationships with multi-disciplinary
professional teams and planning authorities as we make development concepts a reality.

Nosizwe is a young female town planning enthusiast. She has more than two years extensive experience in the private sector. Ms. Nosizwe facilitates Town Planning services stemming from permitting applications, liaison/ stakeholder engagement (council, private clients, tribal authorities & public participation) as well as project management within the town planning and telecommunications industry.
